Cups: The Courtroom Cards We Experience!

Cups people are ruled by water and are therefore ruled by their emotions. They feel, they love, they sense and they nurture.

Scorpio: Passionate lovers. Intense and secretive.

Pisces: Romantic, sensitive and highly intuitive.

Obviously there is a lot more to each of these astrological character types than Ive mentioned above, so it would be well worth getting hold of a good astrology book. Ive always loved Linda Goodmans Sun Signs but there is plenty of information available online. Im by no means an astrologer but my keen interest over the years has helped me no end to understand the court cards.

Here are some of the general associations I have the the cups court cards: Page of Cups A child or teenager sensitive and maybe a little shy with artistic talents. New beginnings, new confidence and love of self. Negative An insecure and over emotional child or teenager Letting a lack of confidence hold you back Knight of Cups A romantic young man who is in touch with his emotions.

As part of the Sprint team, Vab Goel became the architect of their internet backbone, greatly influencing Sprints IP and network strategy.

In fact, some of his first major successes were the implementation of the worlds first IP over SONET and IP over DWDM networks. After his success at Sprint, Goel moved into an executive role at Qwest Communications International, Inc., working in IP Network Engineering and Advanced Technology, where he developed IP network and data center strategy. At Qwest, Goel created seamlessly integrated IP and data services with a focus on customers.

He also went on to found the Emerging Technologies Group at Qwest. This group was responsible for seeking out new technologies and forming strategic partnerships with emerging tech start-ups. Finally, after many years serving in both engineering and executive roles, Vab Goel entered the investment world, joining Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), in 2000. NVP specializes in early to late stage investments in promising technology and internet start-ups.

As a member of the group, Goel evaluates and invests in next-generation systems and internet-related technologies.

His first investment at NVP was Virtela Communications, a company he founded and of which he is still a board member. Currently, Virtela is the worlds largest independent management network, security, and cloud services company. Goel went on to invest in KMV Technologies (LifeSize Communications), Inc., which was eventually sold to Logitech for $405 million.

Vab Goel currently heads up a number of other investments at NVP, working closely with Pontis, Apigee Corp., Veveo, and others. He is also a former investor in C2C Pte. Ltd., Qumranet (acquired by Red Hat), Unisfair (acquired by InterCall), and Winphoria Networks (acquired by Motorola).
